Under Article 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

The “EU Regulation 2016/679” (hereinafter EU Regulation or GDPR) in art.13, imposes the obligation to inform the data subject on the fundamental elements of the processing.

Since NEW CHANGER S.r.l. (hereinafter “NEW CHANGER”) fully complies with the provisions of GDPR, we hereby intend to provide you with the necessary information regarding: the nature of the data in our possession, the purposes and methods of processing personal data, as well as the scope of any communication and/or dissemination of the same.

According to the law indicated, NEW CHANGER S.r.l. guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in respect of the rights and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned.

This statement is valid for all data collected by NEW CHANGER S.r.l. through its website www.newchanger.it.

By “processing” of personal data is meant any type of operation of collection, recording, storage, modification, communication, cancellation and dissemination of personal data.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. Consequently, mere access to the site implies the acquisition by NEW CHANGER S.r.l. of information and data concerning the user.

2. Purpose of the processing of personal data and legal basis of the treatment

The information collected could be the following: internet protocol (IP) address, first name, last name, address, postal code, municipality, province, telephone, fax, e-mail.

For all users of the site, personal data may be used for the following purposes:

to allow navigation through the public web pages of our site, in this case the data subject to processing will be only IP addresses;

to check the correct functioning of the site, in this case the data subject to processing will only be IP addresses;

respond to requests received through the e-mail addresses published on the site, in this case the data and information subject to processing could be: name, surname, address, postal code, municipality, province, telephone, fax, e-mail.

reply to requests received by filling in the form on the website, in this case the data and information subject to processing could be: name, surname, address, postal code, town, province, telephone, fax, e-mail.

By using or consulting this website visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their data to the purposes set out in paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2. The legal basis for the processing, according to art. 6 par. 1 letter a) of GDPR, is the consent of the interested party.

For the processing for the purposes referred to in points 2.3 and 2.4, the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to respond to spontaneous requests for contact/information sent by users.

3. Recipients or possible categories of recipients of personal data

The personal data of registered users may be communicated to subjects specifically designated by the data controller and belonging to the following categories: freelancers/consultants, website operator, hosting service providers.

Any communication and dissemination will in any case take place in compliance with the purposes of the processing described above.

It is possible to ask the data controller for the list of data processors at the addresses indicated in point 1.

Personal data may be communicated to third parties to comply with legal obligations, or to comply with orders from public authorities legitimized to do so or to assert or defend a right in court.

4. Period of retention of personal data

Personal data collected for the purposes indicated in points 2.1 and 2.2 of this policy will not be stored.

Personal data collected for the purposes indicated in points 2.3 and 2.4 of this information notice will be kept for a maximum period of two years or until consent is revoked and in any case no later than three months after the same revocation.

The personal data, at the end of the period indicated above for processing, will be kept for a further 10 years for justice purposes only.

The processing will be carried out in automated form, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by the data controller and by persons responsible and entrusted with the processing under the EU Regulation.

The use of the services of the Owner is reserved to subjects legally able, based on the national legislation of reference, to conclude contractual obligations. The Owner, where necessary for specific services, to prevent unlawful access to them, implements preventive measures to protect his legitimate interest, such as the control of the tax code and/or other permitted and appropriate checks.

5. Rights of the interested party

You have the right to access your data at any time and to exercise the other rights provided by GDPR by contacting the contacts indicated in point 1. In particular, you have the right:

to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

to obtain an indication of the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identity of the owner and managers; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents.

to obtain: the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

has the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out to send advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

to the portability of data;

to revoke his consent, at any time;

to make a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor);

This policy may be subject to change. If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by the Owner, the latter will notify the user by posting them prominently on its pages or by alternative or similar means.
